1. Orders, Payments, Delivery
We offer cash on delivery, online card payment, or bank transfer.

We deliver orders via GLS courier directly to your address.
The maximum delivery time is up to 15 business days, but most orders ship faster — on average within 8 days.
Just enter your order number in the “Tracking” section on our website — you’ll see the current status of your shipment.
Yes, we also deliver abroad (with certain exceptions). You’ll see exact availability after entering your location at checkout.
2. Returns & Claims
If you want to return an item, include the claims form or the withdrawal-from-contract form in the package.
There is also a return label inside the parcel — simply stick it on the package and send it back. If anything is unclear, contact us first at cryformercy.team@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of the returned goods being delivered to us.
We handle claims individually — depending on the situation we offer:
– an exchange,
– a refund, or
– store credit for our e-shop.

Yes, size exchanges are handled through our standard claims process. Just follow the return instructions or email us — we’re happy to help.
Care instructions for washing, drying, and maintenance are listed on each product page and on the garment label. Following these guidelines will extend the lifespan of your clothing.
